February 26, a happy mood prevailed in the DPA central office. 23 young people gathered and in a solemn atmosphere the mayor of the city of Stepanakert, Souren Grigoryan, awarded them party membership cards and gifts. They swore that they will honestly serve our nation and spare no effort to preserve the independence and strengthening of our Motherland.
