The women’s council of the DPA focuses on and solves many problems. We have visited Stepanakert old peoples’ home, have helped the families in need and have visited some veterans. Recently we have visited the family of a veteran Gegham Babayan, the father of eight children. He has been pleased with our unexpected arrival and the gifts for his children.
